GEM intensively studied Ayurvedic Massage in India and is offering a totally relaxing Abhyanga massage to restore health and wellbeing. This massage concentrates on fostering harmonious balance between the body, mind and spirit. Warm herbal infused oils (sesame, Sunflower, Coconut, Olive, Almond) are chosen for individuals' unique dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and applied with mama points and long flowing strokes.
The aim is to stimulate lymphatic flow and detoxification. Ayurvedic treatments are considered an ancient holistic approach to healing the body via individual dosha and their elements (space/air, Fire/Water, Water/Earth). Integrated with aftercare for diet, yoga and meditation techniques.
