Is an ancient ayurvedic head, shoulders, neck, upper back and shoulder massage that focuses on acupressure points. A variety of techniques are applied to help reduce stress, migraines, headaches, sinusitis, tension and improve sleep, memory, blood flow, lymphatic drainage and hair and scalp health.

This treatment is normally applied in a massage chair but GEM offers a more comfortable massage bed if required. Essential oils are optional at an extra cost of £10 per treatment.
