It is an ancient traditional healing massage that aims to balance the body’s energy channels (SEM). Blockages in these channels can cause discomfort and illness. GEM has studied extensively in Thailand and offers both Northern and Southern techniques in Thai massage. GEM uses her hands, fingers, thumbs, palm, feet, elbows, knees and feet to apply firm rhythmic pressure along SEN energy lines and specific acupressure points.

This allows GEM to go deeper into the mechanical functions of the body to deal with deep muscle, joint stiffness and tight tendons. GEM gently guides her clients through a series of yoga type stretches to increase flexibility, improve range of movement and rebalance SEN energy channels. This massage addresses a multitude of conditions relating to the body, mind, spirit and energy flow.
