Appointment time
- GEM asks please respect schedule timing to ensure prompt appointments for each client.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your treatment if you are a new client and 10 minutes prior if you are a regular client. This gives time to go through the consultation form and any changes between each treatment.
- Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time
Cancellations and Deposits
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee
- Failing to attend an appointment (no show) can result in a 50% non-refundable.
Treatment Expectations
- Prior to any treatment clients will receive a consultation to discuss their concerns, needs and expectations for their treatment.
- A general medical form needs to be filled out and a personal plan will be agreed. Please consult GEM if you have any allergies towards certain oils, medical conditions, medications.
- After care will be provided and clients are encouraged to ask questions and discuss concerns before or after treatment.
Refusal of Treatments
- Respect and safety are paramount. GEM fosters a positive relationship with all her clients. Creating a secure and healthy environment where both can feel protected and safe.
- GEM has the right to refuse any client that does not up-hold the same values.
