This ancient healing art therapy known as Luk Pra Kob is deeply rooted in Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM), influenced from Indian Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Originally used by monks for their aromatic essential oils and therapeutic healing properties.

The herbal balls, made from Muslin cloth and filled with a blend of dried herbs, are steamed and applied to the body using techniques like gentle pressing, rolling, dabbing, rocking and attending to areas of pain and discomfort.

The medicinal properties of the herbs have numerous natural qualities including; antiinflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antifungal, astringent and analgesic.
